Where else can you see Minnesota State Fair highlight performers Lake Life, Minnesota State Fair Brat, or Huckleberry Man, then in the company of your family and friends at the Boating Pavilion? Lake Life, produced by Minnesota State Fair Entertainment, will be performing live music throughout the day at the Boating Pavilion and also at a concession stand set up outside. They perform three times during the summer, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You can check them out at different times during the day, or as often as you like! You will have fun watching them at their live performance.
The Huckleberry Man, produced by Minnesota State Fair Entertainment, is also a live performer that performs two times per day at the Boating Pavilion. You can check out him every day for the summer, and also throughout the event. The Huckleberry Man is known for his voice and performs songs that are related to race, love, and other topics of interest. For those who like their clowns to be real, you will be happy to know that he really is!
The Boating Pavilion is a favorite attraction of many visitors at the Minnesota State Fair, and children love it! It offers opportunities for free family fun such as: boating games, live entertainment, contests, inflatables, and more. This is a great way to spend a summer day, especially if you have young children to entertain.
So, if you would like to take a ride with a live musical group, be sure to check out the Huckleberry Man, Lake Life, Minnesota State Fair Brat, and the Minnesota State Fair Sing-Along-Show. You might get lucky enough to visit with these talented performers, if you happen to catch them performing during your visit to the Minnesota State Fair.
The National Pre-Show is another fun way to spend your day at the fair, with comedians opening and closing the show. This is one of the highlights of the entire fair.
Just before the August end of the summer’s fair, a Kid’s Corner takes over the Boating Pavilion for fun activities, games, and a whole day of “kid friendly” activities. There is no need to worry about it being too crowded, since the Kid’s Corner usually has plenty of time to accommodate people who come in from the other side of the fairgrounds.
No matter what you do at the Boating Pavilion, you will be sure to find the fairground’s fun for the whole family. Whether you are there to take a relaxing ride or enjoy the live entertainment, you will be sure to have a great time in Minnesota.
If you want to try your hand at a little biking or walking around the fairgrounds, there are a couple of trails that are part of the fair.
